This retreat is for female identifying people only.
Can I share a room with a friend?
Yes! Double bookings take priority. Please note each guest must fill out a seperate application form and mention the friend in the form so we know you're booking a room together.
Do you have a payment plan?
We offer a 3 part payment plan for anyone booking longer than 90 Days before the retreat.
Is there yoga/exercise on this retreat?
Yes, however please note this is not a ‘yoga retreat’ or workout retreat. During your week you will have yoga classes with our amazing Yoga teacher.
Are flights included?
You are responsible for making your way to the retreat destination. La Aurora International Airport in Ciudad Guatemala is the airport to arrive to. We will pass on great airport transfer recommendation.
What about Lunch?
One of the best things in Guatemala is the food and with our retreat locations are both minutes away from the best cafes of Atitlan and Antigua.
Do i need travel insurance for this retreat?
Yes valid travel insurance for your trip to Guatemala is a requirement to attend.
Is there free time on the retreat?
Yes, four out of the seven days between 11-4 you will have free time for lunch and to explore, with other windows of time during the retreat where you can choose to be alone and do what you like. Also there is a day of ample Atitlan exploration. At the start of the week you will be given a full schedule of all activities and timeframes.
Do I need a Vaccine to attend the retreat?
Proof of vaccination or a medical expedition is NOT required to fly into Guatemala.
Is drinking/alcohol allowed?
Yes, you are free to do as you wish. Though we do recommend taking it easy on drinking, so you are able to fully relax and recover.
